Naltar Valley The Naltar Valley is located off the Khunjerab Highway in between Gilgit and Karimabad. There are no real towns up here, although there are two small villages. The valley is surprisingly lush, with melting glaciers providing rushing streams down every valley. The track frequently winds through forests and over the river bed.
