Romania Home of the second largest building in the world (the People's Palace a.k.a. the Palace of Parliament), Bucharest is full of other buildings that must be up there in the list of largest buildings. The whole city seems to be made up of concrete monsters, with row after row of concrete apartment blocks and any other fancy building being twice as large and three times as full of concrete as seems strictly necessary.
The Butterfly Villa is a decent place to stay, with comfortable beds and a good breakfast. The location is the only drawback, but you aren't going to be in Bucharest for all that long anyway...
