Dalat
Up in the central highlands of Vietnam, Dalat is a pleasant relief from the heat of... well, pretty much all of south east Asia. Daily temperatures don't get above the mid twenties, but it still doesn't get much below the mid teens, either.
This seems to be the spot for hiking and mountain biking as well, with a plethora of companies providing a range of tour options. Biking can be a trifle expensive though, but it's even possible to bike from here down to the coast at Nha Trang or Mui Ne, or even (in a 5/6 day trip) Hoi An.
Internet is widely available for 2000d - 4000d per hour and is fast pretty much everywhere.
Cafe Chieu Tim has cheap and tasty coffee; 2500d gets you straight black coffee (Cafe Den), along with a pot of green tea. Also tasty is iced coffee with sweet condensed milk (Cafe Sua Da) and 4000. Along with a pot of tea. The tea just comes with everything in Dalat.
