Larkana
Larkana is stinking hot. Renowned as one of the hottest places even in Pakistan it was ringing in the mid 40s on us in May; it gets hotter in June and July I'm told. It is a great place to base yourself to visit the ruins at Moenjodaro, which can be reached cheaply by local bus (15 rupees). You'll get dropped at an intersection and they'll try to charge some crazy price to get on a qingqi to the actual site. The price should be 20, so don't ask how much, just pay at the end.
I strongly recommend avoiding the Paris Inn as a place to stay. If you do, the price for an aircon double should be 700. Argue until you get it. Then check every single bill for price increases and things you didn't order. And then double check. In short, try somewhere else. Anywhere else.
