I went for a touch of luxury this time; the Hotel Iran is nothing like the prices listed in the LP, but is very comfortable. 105K gets me my own room, bathroom, desk, tv, fridge and so forth. Note that the bathroom also has a sit down toilet, complete with toilet paper(true luxury).
