Pakistan Sost is where you check out of Pakistan heading north to China (or the opposite also, I assume). Not a lot to do except hang about in your hotel really. The Asia Star hotel had decent rooms with hot water and Pakistani TV for 250 rupees (double) and the food was reasonable. But expect to wait around an hour for it to arrive...
