Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh is the capital, and largest city, of Cambodia. It seems to boast even more tuk tuk and moto drivers than Siem Reap, and, while many speak decent English, they somehow seem to have trouble with the word "no". Smile, say no, and keep walking if at all possible. They're being rude to you, don't feel bad about being rude to them.

That said, the place also seems pretty cool. There are some huge markets around, avoid Psar Thmei though; it's renowned for overcharging. I picked up a replacement pair of aviators for $1.5 this morning :) Although the $3 they wanted for a replacement umbrella was too steep.
