Muzaffarabad hasn't got a whole lot to offer, and we didn't really hang around. The AJ&K Tourism office claims that they can help organise guesthouses in AJ&K, but we couldn't find them. The PIA office, however, was extremely helpful however :)

I'd also recommend the restaurant at the north end of the main bus stand, decorated with Pepsi signs. They gave us heaps of food, which was very tasty, then refused to accept money. Eventually we forced them to accept a trivial amount, far less than the meal would normally cost. Very friendly folks :)
