Wadi Musa is on the tourist map purely as the nearest town to the famous ruins of Petra. The town itself has little to recommend it; restaurants, hotels and supermarkets are all overpriced and reasonably unattractive.

12 JOD/night for a double w/attached bathroom An acceptable place; staff are friendly, but pricing seems very slippery. We paid 12 JOD for the night in a room with attached bathroom and sometimes hot water, but I get the feeling it should be cheaper...
Internet is also available for 1.5 JOD/hour, although you can get it cheaper up past the main roundabout.
