Things to Do in Jerusalem
Jerusalem
The most holy site for Judaism and Christianity and the third most holy site of Islam, Jerusalem is jam packed with religion, history and conflict. Tourists and pilgrims throng the streets of the old city in a collage of colours and languages. Canny shopkeepers sell a remarkable range of religious souvenirs.
Our time here was limited to three days and we didn't come close to covering the sites, even of the old city, let alone those further out. Plan for a week and you'll be busy the whole time.
