Göreme
Situated in the midst of thousands of "fairy chimneys", Göreme is a popular destination in famous Cappodocia. The landscape is surreal, with soft rocks first carved by wind and then by human hands into houses, mosques and churches. It's a good spot to hire a bike or just to hike around and take in the scenery. Many hotels also offer the option of cave based housing, which is something of a novelty (although the low ceilings can be annoying).

Bus Station (Goreme)

Location:GöremeThe bus station is centrally located and easy to get to. Quite a few bus companies, so always ask around on price.
There are also vehicle (cycle, motorcycle, quad bike) hire places in and around the bus station. The cheapest we found was smack bang in the middle of the bus station.
