Dizin is a small town nestled in a steep mountain valley, with an excellent ski resort just up the road.
Accommodation options are limited and very pricy by Iranian standards. The main hotel is not recommended by most people I've spoken to, but Hotel Gajareh down the road is spoken of well. Plus they've a sauna and spa...
The resort itself is grat, 95K per day on Fridays + public holidays (such as No Ruz, while I was there), otherwise 80K or 85K, I'm not sure. Great powder, heaps of friendly locals to show you around, all good.
