Places of Interest in Martin
Martin
Martin is not so much of a happening tourist location, but there's a Medical University here so there's a pile of foreigners around anyway. Most of them Norwegian, for reasons I've yet to ascertain. Interesting bunch, anyway, and they all speak pretty fine English.
Things to do? Hike in the Mala Fatras (a small mountain range nearby), and ski in them in the winter. I'm looking to come back to visit again in a few months once the snow has arrived!
