A short update, as I'm running low on battery power. I'll summarise, and may get around to updating later.

My Indian travel is sadly limited by time, due to stupid visas that are valid from issue rather than entry, contrary to what I was told when it was issued. This is a shame, because finding the good spots in India will take a lot of work, I suspect; that is to say, I haven't found any that impresses much so far, and I'm sure that such places exist somewhere here.

As you can see on ye olde travel map, we've hit a few places and I've added some photos for you to check out; not many I'm afraid, and less of Varanasi than I would like. Unfortunately, in a plot so cunning that I can't figure it out, my camera vanished in Varanasi, as far as I can tell snuck out of my bag in some sneaky fashion... So, until I replace my camera, there will be fewer photos. Melia has a camera, but it isn't so flash... In the mean time, click my damn adverts, the faster you click, the faster I get my camera back ;)

Additionally, Indian cuisine doesn't seem to agree with me. It tastes OK, but after being at an ongoing low level of sickness, with a recent extreme level of sickness, I can't stand the thought of most of it. Which makes prices rise, as I must find western places at which to eat, and that food's pricy man!

Sigh. So, I wish I had more time here, because I want to enjoy it. Maybe next time. Now I'm just looking forward to my return to Pakistan...
