Back once again with another fantastic update. I've spend the last far-too-long uploading photos, so I'll keep it brief anyway; check the collections from photos from a range of places in Pakistan.

Pakistan has been fun so far, but damn it's hot! This, combined with various other microorganisms confined us to our rooms in Larkana. We were lucky enough to meet Anwer there, who employed his extensive medical knowledge to get us back on our feet. Actually, he pretty much looked after us for two days straight!

We hit up Moenjodaro then headed north in a desperate bid to escape the heat. This was initially unsuccessful, with visits to Lahore and Rawalpindi intervening before we finally hit hill country in Madyan, Swat. Still, there was much to see and do en route, as the photos will attest. Check the location details for more on what we did there, I'm warn out from this typing already!

So, as noted, I'm again on my own. Meant to be meeting a friend in New Delhi in just over a month, but I'm going to hang around in Pakistan until then I suspect. Mum headed off this morning towards Lahore, from where she flies home to the icy coldness of a Christchurch winter. Have fun :) It's been great to have her here though, it's a change having someone to talk and travel with.
