Location:
Chau Doc

Ahahaha, so I am now in Vietnam. Chau Doc to be precise, which means, not very far into Vietnam. Nonetheless, people are speaking yet another language I don't understand. I think I've got the counting down, and the polite things like hello and thank you. The rest will come, I'm sure, I plan on spending a while here (it's kinda big).

So, picked up a new camera in Phnom Penh as well - see recent photo updates from near town over this way or just click on a post from Phnom Penh. Do it your way, baby :) Camera's pretty much the same as the old one, newer model, more megapixels, plus a "snow" mode which may well come in handy. From what I hear, it'd be useful for those of you back in NZ (ahahaha)!

Actually, I am a little jealous of you snow blessed people, the mountains are sounding good. For those of you that are into that sort of thing, good for you. For those that aren't, I suggest you get into it, sounds like there'll be precious little else to do this winter!

OK, gotta cruise the markets to find some dog to eat, I hear it's pretty common in Vietnam. My Cambodian moto driver told me it tastes good, but is bad luck to eat. I'm willing to risk a little bad luck :)
