Folks, start saving your money and writing your resignation letters. I'm planning post-France now, and I'm looking at an overland trip from Europe back to SE Asia. The route will be something like France - Italy - Croatia - Serbia and Montenegro - Bulgaria - Turkey - Iran - Pakistan - India - Nepal - India again - Burma - Thailand. I estimate about four months travel, with an average cost, to be on the safe side, of about $NZ50 per day, plus a few hundred for visas and so on. Should be a great trip, and I wouldn't mind some company for it, even if you feel like meeting me in one country or another rather than doing the whole mission. Keep it in mind and put some cash aside, departure is probably May next year.
