Another South East Asian destination that I would love to spend some time in; unfortunately I've only done visa runs here so far. For that purpose, you can hop on a boat from Ranong in Thailand and get a two week entry on the island of Khawthong (although you can't leave the island) for $US10. The rates in Thai baht are much higher, so be sure to change it first if you can!
